.Technical Support for all users
Work collaboratively with the training and communication teams to develop training and communication materials
.Extensive training in the SAP modules
.Provides training to end users in assigned geographic area
Helps drive faster adoption and higher ultimate utilization of and proficiency with the changes that impact the business and our employees
Implementation and support SAP B1 Modules
Work in process
Bills Of Material
Cost Management
Quality Management
Material Requirement Planning
Inventory
Purchasing
Review functional setups and configuration and take corrective actions
Provide periodic status report to management on a monthly basis
Provide user support, handholding and respond to their queries
Assist, train and mentor junior business analysts and end users
Work with end users, as well as technical and functional team members to accomplish business needs
Raise Service Requests (SR’s) with SAP B1 Support to obtain solutions to application problems
Identify gaps, impact, workarounds and reporting needs to meet the business needs of the company
Coordinate with other application consultants for issue fixing and proactively prevent issue occurrence
Participate in business meetings with team managers to identify system enhancements and new user requirements
Advise management on roadmap for Application enhancements, identification and implementation of new, advanced
Assist in organizational change management activities
