  • Implement and maintain a comprehensive filing system for both hard copy and softcopy project documents (drawings, specifications, contracts, permits, etc.).
  • Enforce document control procedures, ensuring the latest versions of documents are readily available and outdated versions are properly archived.
  • Conduct regular audits of the filing system to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare and type a variety of logs, reports, and other documentation related to the project process.
  • Ensure all documents are properly formatted, organized, and readily available for reference.
  • Maintain a comprehensive filing system for all documents, drawings, reports, and correspondence.
  • Ensure all project documents are securely stored, easily accessible, and up to date.
  • Prepare and submit periodic reports on the status of project documents and the overall document control process.
     


متطلبات الوظيفة
  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any related field.
  • 0-4 Years of working experience in a similar field.
  • Proficient in MS Tools, Excel, PowerPoint & Word.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
