  • Communicate policies about Human Resources, compensation, and benefits.
  • Conduct exit interviews.
  • Collect and analyze employee data.
  • Use data to create employee profiles.
  • Organize and update employee files.
  • Adhere to regulatory standards.
  • Represent the company at job fairs and college campuses.
  • Oversee employee orientation and training.
  • Supervising employee relations and their interaction with each other in the various departments.
  • Receiving employee complaints and handling them effectively.
  • Ensure that all employees are fully aware of the company's policies, especially about promotions, compensation and penalties.
  • Communicate with potential candidates to schedule job interviews.
  • Preparing files for new employees and keeping all papers related to the recruitment process.
  • Notify employees of any changes in company policy.
  • Facilitating the resignation procedures for employees who leave work of their own volition.
  • Conducting termination interviews to find out the reasons for resignation, and assisting in making dismissal decisions.
  • Dealing with airline reservations for travel of  Directors and Managers.

  • Proven work experience in Employee Relations or a similar role
  • Demonstrated knowledge of employment law
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving ability
  • Relevant training and/or certifications as an Employee Relations
