Core Responsibilities:

  • Implement the effective recruitment policies and process to attract qualified candidates.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employees’ referrals.
  • Utilize recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage the recruitment process.
  • Post job descriptions on various platforms to attract suitable candidates and communicate with OD manager to develop new JDs if needed.
  • Ensure job advertisements are compelling and accurately represent the role and the company.
  • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers and report the phases to talent acquisition manager weekly.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate junior candidates' skills, experience, and fit with the company culture.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Communicate regularly with candidates to provide updates and feedback.
  • Send acceptance and apologizing letters or e-mails for each candidate after each phase of hiring.
  • Manage the offer process with compensation and benefits Manager, and HRBPs.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires with HRBPs, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Work closely with Talen Acquisition Manager in the Company Branding tools.
  • Participate in job fairs, career events, and other networking opportunities to enhance employer branding.
  • Develop and implement employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience and Skills:

  • 2+ years in recruitment in healthcare organizations.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
  • Strong knowledge of various sourcing techniques and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
