  • Support Network, telephone system and mobile phone push to mail issues
  • Apply and document primitive customer support in both applications and infrastructure.
  • Handle, document and follow up different stages of issues, user incidents, equipment events and technical problems.
  • Build, deploy, and manage desktops and laptops hardware and software.


متطلبات الوظيفة
  • Knowledge of CCNA, MCSE, Operating systems, antivirus, backup system, emails, windows server, Layer 3 switches, Surveillance system
