Act as a primary contact to foreign suppliers; receiving new orders , answering all inquiries and following up too with our Marketing team for every request.
Craft negotiation strategies and close deals with optimal terms.
Shipments Coordination; perform the administrative and logistics tasks associated with product shipment, release and delivery.
Submit weekly analytical reports for all inquiries details, shipments and orders.
Monthly planning with our Marketing team and our warehouse to follow up the stocks.
Monthly plan for expected sales revenue.
Visit customers.

متطلبات الوظيفة

Pharmacy Bachelor Degree Holder.
Fluent in English.
Females only.
Multi-tasking and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize given tasks.
Ability to gather and analyse data and to work with figures.
Solid judgement along with decision making skills.
Detail-oriented.
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills (oral and written).
Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques.
Ability to work under pressure.
Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft office and outlook.
