Review and approve/deny requests from hospitals, labs, pharmacies, etc.
Advocate for patients in accessing Medicare's network of providers .
Identify utilization and quality control needs .
Respond to patient and provider inquiries and complaints .
Maintain accurate records in our ERP system .

متطلبات الوظيفة

1-2 years experience in healthcare/medical field .
Excellent communication and organizational skills .
Professional demeanor and confidentiality .
Collaborative team player yet able to work independently .
This is a full-time position with opportunities for advancement as we continue expanding across the region.
In-depth knowledge of medical terminology and jargon, as well as editing practices .
Keen attention to detail in order to not compromise patient care .
