  • Receiving and reviewing required hiring documents from new employee as per labor law regulations 
     
  • Responsible for making contract for new employee and contracts renew
     
  • Make employee file including ( employment contract – Form 1- Hiring Documents).
     
  • Responsible for probation period for new hires , and sending them to appropriate parties.
     
  • Prepare or maintain employment records related to events, such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, promotions or assignments.
     
  • Register new employees on SAP and movements such as transfer-promotion.
     
  • Maintain and update staff database, and ensure reliable and accurate reporting.
     
  • Track employees' absences (regular / irregular), and send legal warnings accordingly.
     
  •  Prepare form number 1,2,6.
     
  • Responsible for all Personnel activities and dealing with government authorities, such as labor office, social insurance authorities, and medical insurance.
     
  • Responsible for making termination procedures.
     


متطلبات الوظيفة
  • Bachelor Degree in relevant field
     
  • Experience from 1 to 3 years in Personnel
     
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel-Word-PowerPoint)
