NOK Human Capital is hiring "Retail Account Manager" for one of most well-known E-commerce multinational companies.
Location: New Cairo
Contract Duration: 10 Months.
Job Responsibilities:
- Applying fixes to solve buy-ability defects and ensuring vendors listed items are live on the website
- Identifying, prospecting and reaching out to new vendors, analyze their potential by cold-calling potential partners or attending commercial events and trade fairs, and confidently explaining advantages and benefits of partnering.
- Efficiently managing the business transactions with existing tier 2 and 3 vendors managing vendors at scale across multiple Middle East countries (Egypt, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, UAE) with help of tools and automation
- Working closely with cross-category teams and drive operational improvements in vendor-management processes
- Owning vendor communication (calls/emails) to drive vendor self-sufficiency in long-term
1) Previous experience in account management, retail operations, or a similar role
2) Strong understanding of e-commerce and retail industry dynamics
3) Proficiency in using software tools and navigating account management platforms
4) Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic, both written and verbal
5) Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
