  • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the customer base and ensures its strong presence.
  • Manage, develop, coach, control, and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and the monthly sales target is achieved.
  • Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals.
  • Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of current sales programs.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.


متطلبات الوظيفة
  • Females only
  • Excellent English
  • BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Previous experience as a sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
