Analyzing purchasing needs (food items, non-food items, and machinery)
Seek and partner with reliable vendors and suppliers
Negotiating pricing, delivery, payment, and other terms with vendors
Monitoring and forecasting upcoming levels of demand as well as inventory levels
Handling purchasing, returns, and replacements

متطلبات الوظيفة

+2 years working experience as Purchasing (Restaurant, fast food )
Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management
Interest in market dynamics along with business sense
A knack for negotiation and networking
Solid judgement along with decision making skills
Strong leadership capabilities
BS degree in supply chain management, logistics or business administration
