Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Sales Business Development Manager to spearhead our expansion into the Saudi market, focusing on the sale of cutting-edge Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in enterprise-level sales, possess a deep understanding of the Saudi business landscape, and demonstrate expertise in positioning and selling SaaS products.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Penetration:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify key players, trends, and opportunities within the Saudi market.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate and establish a strong presence.

Client Acquisition:

  • Target and engage with C-level executives and decision-makers in enterprise organizations to understand their business needs and challenges.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a consultative and value-driven approach.

Relationship Building:

  • Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their evolving needs and positioning our SaaS solutions as essential business enablers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.

Sales Strategy:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy tailored to the unique demands of the Saudi market.
  • Leverage industry insights and competitive analysis to refine and optimize sales tactics.

Revenue Growth:

  • Meet and exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth for SaaS solutions in the Saudi region.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client accounts.

Qualifications:

Experience:
