Evolvice GmbH is a German software services provider with development hubs in Egypt (Cairo) and Ukraine (Kyiv, Uzhhorod) and well-known companies such as Robert Bosch GmbH, Porsche AG, the WTS tax consulting AG, etc. as customers. Currently, we are searching for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer with experience in VMware technologies. We are looking for an active, responsive, and devoted person.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of strong hands-on system administration experience with Linux/Windows operating systems, virtualization, and IP networking.
- Experience with system engineering and administration.
- Experience with ANY of the VMware technologies – vSphere, vSAN, NSX, vRealize, vCloud, or WS1.
- Experience in troubleshooting technical issues across the OSI layers.
- At least Upper-Intermediate English (all internal communication is in English).
Good to have:
- Experience with Bash/PowerShell and Python scripting.
- Experience with configuration management tools, one or many of the following: Ansible, Terraform, Puppet, and SaltStack.
