What does Addiction mean?
1-Give up Important social, occupational and recreational activities (wife, work, Facebook), as well as physical appearance and personal grooming habits
2-Failure at work, school, or home (e.g. repeated absences or poor work performance, neglect of children)
3-Legal, Social, and Interpersonal problems
4-Use in situations in which it is physically dangerous (driving a car)
5-Craving ? Added in DSM 5
6-Spend so much time to obtain, use and recover
7-Tolerance ?(increase in amount- decrease in effect)
8-Withdrawal symptoms? Flu
9-Takes larger amounts or over a longer period than was intended
10-Unsuccessful attempt to quit (Failing in your attempts) 
11-Use despite knowledge of negative consequences (e.g. stomach ulcer, hallucinations)
Feeling guilty about his/her addiction and trying to cut down
