Keith looks at two baryta papers from Red River Paper in the US. Big Bend 310 and Palo Duro 300 look very similar but show distinct differences on different printers.

Looking at colour and black and white print performance on the Canon PRO-200 [dye] and Epson P5000 [pigment] printers. How ICC profiles and the B&W print mode give excellent prints, with subtle differences which might make you choose one paper over the other.

There is no 'best' - it's about what's important for your photos and the printer you have.

The written review to go with this video contains more information and details of the profiles I made for the P5000 and PRO-200
