As the helicopter takes off, getting higher and higher, it sees a bigger picture, and is less involved with the detail at ground level.

Judgments and Labels
Judgments can lead to overwhelming emotions, disappointment and suffering.
Judgments prevent you from being in the present moment.
Learning, Prevent other problems, temporary, see open doors.
Try to recall 3 negative situations and 3 positive situations
Imagine sitting in a field watching your judgments float away on clouds.
Picture yourself sitting beside a stream watching your judgments float past on leaves.
Picture yourself standing in a room with two doors; then watch your judgments enter through one door and leave through the other.
Picture yourself standing in a train station.

Imagine that a white beam of light shines down from the sky (a light from God, the universe, or whatever power makes you feel comfortable.)
The light begins to loosen any muscle tension
