For the pasta:
- Chestnut flour - 70g (½ cup) - you can replace it with 80g (½ cup) all-purpose flour
- Semolina - 60g (⅓ cup)
- All-purpose flour - 50g (⅓ cup)
- One egg
- Water - 50ml (3 ½ tbsp.)
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp.
- A pinch of salt

- Cherry tomatoes - 200g (7 oz.)
