خدعه ومهاره فى الاكسيل | كيفية التحكم فى اكثر من Pivot table فى الاكسيل عن طريق Slicer !

في الإكسل، يمكنك التحكم في أكثر من جدول Pivot باستخدام عنصر التحكم المعروف باسم Slicer. إليك الخطوات لتحقيق ذلك:

إنشاء جدول Pivot: قم بإنشاء كل الجداول Pivot التي ترغب في التحكم بها. اذهب إلى علامة التبويب "إدراج" ثم اختر "جدول Pivot" لإنشاء الجدول Pivot.

إنشاء Slicer: بعد إنشاء الجداول Pivot، انتقل إلى أي جدول Pivot ترغب في استخدامه كنقطة انطلاق لـ Slicer. انتقل إلى علامة التبويب "تحليل"، ثم اختر "Slicer". ستظهر نافذة تطلب منك تحديد الحقل الذي تريد استخدامه كـ Slicer، حدد الحقل المناسب واضغط "موافق".

ربط Slicer بالجداول Pivot: بعد إنشاء Slicer، اختر Slicer الخاص بك بالنقر عليه. انتقل إلى علامة التبويب "تحليل"، ثم اختر "تقارير الإدراج المرتبطة". في القائمة المنسدلة، حدد الجداول Pivot التي ترغب في ربطها بـ Slicer ثم انقر فوق "موافق".

استخدام Slicer: الآن يمكنك استخدام Slicer للتحكم في البيانات المعروضة في الجداول Pivot. عند اختيار قيمة معينة في Slicer، ستتغير البيانات المعروضة في الجداول Pivot وفقًا للاختيار الذي قمت به.

هذه الخطوات تتيح لك التحكم في أكثر من جدول Pivot باستخدام Slicer في الإكسل.

إليك الشرح مع المصطلحات باللغة الإنجليزية:

Create Pivot Table: To create a Pivot Table, go to the "Insert" tab, then select "PivotTable" to create the Pivot Table.
Create Slicer: After creating the Pivot Tables, go to any Pivot Table you want to use as a starting point for the Slicer. Go to the "Analyse" tab, then select "Slicer". A window will appear asking you to select the field you want to use as the Slicer. Choose the appropriate field and press "OK".
Link Slicer to Pivot Tables: After creating the Slicer, select your Slicer by clicking on it. Go to the "Analyse" tab, then select "Report Connections". From the drop-down menu, select the Pivot Tables you want to link to the Slicer and then click "OK".
Use Slicer: Now you can use the Slicer to control the data displayed in the Pivot Tables. When you select a specific value in the Slicer, the data displayed in the Pivot Tables will change according to the selection you made.

To control multiple PivotTables in Excel using a Slicer:

Create PivotTables: Create all the PivotTables you want to control. Go to the "Insert" tab, then select "PivotTable" to create each PivotTable.

Create Slicer: After creating the PivotTables, click on any one of them. Then, go to the "Insert" tab, select "Slicer". Choose the field you want to use as the Slicer field from the list and click "OK".

Connect Slicer to PivotTables: Click on the Slicer you just created. Then, go to the "Options" tab that appears when you click on the Slicer. Click on "Report Connections" (in Excel 2013 or later) or "PivotTable Connections" (in Excel 2010). In the window that appears, select all the PivotTables you want to control with this Slicer and click "OK".

Use the Slicer: Now, when you interact with the Slicer (by selecting or deselecting items), all connected PivotTables will be filtered accordingly, showing only the data relevant to the selected Slicer items.

By following these steps, you can easily control multiple PivotTables in Excel using a single Slicer.
