We're looking for dynamic, active and professional engineer with a civil tendering experience in the field of contracting.
Responsibilities as follows:
- Create and complete bids/estimations/quotations. Ensuring that tenders are well documented, with appropriate level of detail and in a timely manner.
- Preparing technical- and commercial details, such as: prequalification documents, defining suitable technology, scope of work, data sheets, outline drawings, reference lists, price sheets, deviation lists, etc.
- Frequent status updates on bids/estimates/quotations
- Identifying potential technical- and commercial risks and chances for optimization.
- Maintaining internal- and external relationships, develop effective interdependent networks with other entities.
- Ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the bidding process.
- Provides any necessary technical support to Sales Managers during technical meetings and bid clarifications with customers.
- Where appropriate, meet with customers, suppliers and sales engineers to provide input on technical/commercial issues.
- Where necessary, ensure that adequate pre-tender, tender and contractual support is provided to meet the needs of the customer base.
