Leadership:
Lead and mentor a team of .NET developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Provide technical guidance and support to team members, promoting professional growth.
Project Management
Oversee the entire software development life cycle, from project initiation to delivery.
Collaborate with project managers to define technical scope, objectives, and resource requirements.
Technical Expertise
Serve as the technical authority within the team.
Stay current with industry trends and technological advancements, advocating for their integration when beneficial.
Code Review and Quality Assurance
Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and design principles.
Implement and enforce quality assurance processes to deliver robust and scalable solutions.
Collaboration
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery, including product managers, product owners, and QC engineers.
Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, facilitating effective communication.
Asset and evaluate new candidates' technical skills (including technical interviews)
Problem Resolution
Address technical challenges and provide effective solutions promptly.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues during development and post-release.
Documentation
Ensure comprehensive documentation of technical designs, architecture, and deployment procedures.
Create and maintain technical documentation to facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.
