Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, updates, and printers.
Providing support to end users on a variety of issues. Identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems.
Resolving technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems.
Provides user training on laptop use, printer connection, share drive access, and other similar items.
Participate in resolving high-severity issues promptly.
Support the implementation of new solutions or applications.
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
Collaborate with other IT teams to implement new technologies and systems.
Testing new technology.

متطلبات الوظيفة

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience on the same field .
Working knowledge of a variety of software, hardware, and applications.
MS Services -Networks – MCSE (Microsoft Certified System Engineer) preferred.
Very good command of written and spoken English.
