وظيفة Medical Customer Experience

تفاصيل الوظيفة
  1.  Responsible for handling customer inquiries ,concerns and providing medical counselling  through Chefaa channels.
  2. Responsible for auditing any post will be published on Chefaa platforms from the medical perspective to be aligned with marketing requests. 
  3. Monitor, track and report on feedback and online reviews.
  4.  Respond to customers in a timely manner following SLA.
  5. Stay up-to-date with digital technology, industry trends. 
متطلبات الوظيفة
  1. Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy is a must.
  2. Has experience as a Moderator at least 6 Months.
  3. Shows empathy to clients and able to handle their requests efficiently.
  4. Excellent communication skills and ability to solve problems.
  5. Positive attitude when engaging with clients across various touch-points.
  6. Customer focused & capable of building strong relationships with clients.
  7. Good command of English language (written & spoken).
