Prepare SRS documents
Communicate effectively with project stakeholders like Customer, UI/UX designer, developers, etc
Report on common sources of technical issues, insights or questions and make recommendations to product team
Own and develop relationship with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance our integration
Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements
Define reporting and alerting requirements
Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer

متطلبات الوظيفة

Previous experience in Business / Systems Analysis
A degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or relevant major.
Basic knowledge in generating process documentation
Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills
Project Management skills is a plus
Experience with SQL queries is a plus
