Support the design team in researching and understanding user needs and behaviors.
Assist in the creation of wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes for new features and
improvements.
Participate in user research and usability testing to collect feedback.
Help maintain design guidelines and consistency across our digital platforms.
Contribute to the creation of visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
Engage in design critiques and workshops, learning to give and receive constructive feedback.

#Requirements

Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a degree program in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
A portfolio that demonstrates a basic understanding of UI/UX principles.
familiarity with design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
A curious and analytical mindset with an interest in solving user problems through design.
Basic knowledge of or willingness to learn about the implementation of designs in HTML/CSS is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
Proactive, with a willingness to take on tasks and contribute ideas in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
