We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented AI Assistant to join our team as a Data Entry Specialist. As an AI Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to enter and organize information and data into our various sheets and platforms using AI-powered tools and software. Your accuracy and efficiency in data entry will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and usability of our databases.
Responsibilities:
- Data Entry: Inputting and updating data accurately and efficiently into designated databases, spreadsheets, and other platforms as directed by the team.
- Data Verification: Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the data entered by cross-referencing with source documents and validating information.
- Data Organization: Categorizing and tagging data appropriately for easy retrieval and analysis.
- Quality Control: identifying and correcting errors or inconsistencies in the data to maintain high-quality standards.
- Confidentiality: Handling sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and adhering to data security protocols.
- Communication: Collaborating with team members to clarify data requirements and resolve any data-related issues.
- AI Tool Utilization: Utilizing AI-powered tools and software effectively to streamline data entry processes and enhance efficiency.
Working Hours and Schedule:
- Working Hours: 12 hours per day (inclusive of a 60-minute break).
- Workdays: Six days a week, with one day off.
Salary: $200 USD per month.
