Formulate and improve the company's administrative management system and be responsible for its implementation;
Responsible for the formulation of office supplies procurement plan, item collection management and asset management;
Collaborate to support the company's various activities, such as team building, training, etc.;
Responsible for public environmental health and safety supervision and inspection;
Do a good job in meeting management, administrative reception, ticket booking and other daily work management;
Responsible for the logistics support of various departments of the office;
Collaborate to support the repair of office assets such as mobile phones, computers, etc.;
Coordinate and support the administrative work related to the life of the head of the department and carry out process management.
