Etisalat Global Services is Hiring Customer Service Agents for MSE Account to be Responsible for Handling UAE Customers in their queries through inbound calls (Personal and Home Accounts ).

Requirements:

Very good up to Excellent English Level
Grads of any Major
Excellent Soft Skills
Excellent Handling Skills
Flexibility with Rotational Shifts
No Experience Needed but Technical background is a plus
