Oversee all day-to-day operations done by the Warehouse Admin
Oversee all In &Out products
Contact Retail Merchandising for any shortfalls needed to be fulfilled
Collaborate with Marketplace Supervisor on:
Preparing the merchandise for partners
Confirm the receivables of products
Manage complaints and set an action plan for all customers to ensure satisfaction
Support the stock update on the website with the back-end developer consultant
Update the # of products which sold on website (if needed)
Set a schedule for fulfillment agents and Manage their work through the Fulfillment team leader
Ensure finishing and update any paperwork for employees at the e-commerce warehouse

متطلبات الوظيفة

Bachelor’s Degree in marketing/accounting or equivalent combination of education
5-7 years of related experience in E-Commerce warehouse Management is preferred
High attention to details
Excellent communication skills
