متطلبات الوظيفة
  • English level from B2 to C1
  • Work from home after 3 months
  • Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
  • Familiarity with our industry is a plus
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Multi-tasking abilities
  • Patience when handling tough cases
