• Install and configure laptops, and integration with Microsoft Active Directory.
• Respond to queries either in person or over the phone or via remote access.
• Installing or changing software and operating system to fix issues.
• CCTV installation, troubleshooting & configuration.
• Setup IT offices including IT Rack, Patch panel, Termination, Patching cables, UPS.
• Set up new users' accounts and profiles.
• Create and verify backups of data.
• Following up on open tickets till closure.
-Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science
-Experience 1:3 years.
-English Level: Very Good.
