Adding and cancelling clinics
Settling payment with self-pay patients (pre-payments)
Chasing appointment authorization code from insurance companies via phone
Ensuring the LOG is available ahead of appointments.
Chasing embassies for LOGs after the appointment
Updating subject lines and invoice logs to ensure smooth invoicing process.
Follow operational processes to avoid mistakes, delays, and errors.
Adhere to workplace rules and codes of conduct.
Complying with the line manager in work-related tasks and instructions
Fluent English speaker is a must
Previous experience as a personal assistant is preferred
Strong Communication Skills
