• Preparing technical & commercial offers according to company standard.
• Identifies & pricing equipment, material & labor costs need for the project.
• Contacting & following up suppliers to ensure offers received on time.
• Evaluating suppliers offers and checking compliance with tender requirements & best prices.
• Preparing complete technical submittal for the project
